Currently underway, we can’t wait to see it completed because of its outstanding features. Our favourites? The charred timber cladding, timber decking on all four levels, in ground garage with parking on top and panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu. Dreamy!

Slopehill Road

Set amongst the rolling hills of Dalefield, Slopehill is a stunning architecturally designed, high-spec home with an exterior made to complement its surroundings. With yawning ceilings and clever nooks to maximise space, this home is as functional as it is beautiful.

Bale Road

Say good morning to The Remarkables, with showtopping views framing the master bedroom. Feature tiling and skylights bring drama to the bathrooms, with tasteful panelling featured throughout the home. This ultra efficient house also boasts the latest technology. It’s a bespoke architecturally designed home that’s low energy, super insulated and uses ProClima detailing throughout.

Garland Terrace

This was a stunning landscaping project, with our team creating a yoga deck, raised vegetable gardens, an inground trampoline, an outdoor fireplace, corten steel retaining walls and an acid-edged concrete paving. Love the results? We do, too.
